This is a beach catamaran event scheduled for May 22 and 23, 2010.  The event is open to all beach cats up to 21 feet in length.  Separate class starts will be offered for sufficiently large fleets.  An open class will use Portsmouth handicap ratings.

• Personal safety equipment including life vests and appropriate weather gear suitable for racing in May are mandatory
• A review of the location of rocks off shore is strongly encouraged
• No pets are allowed in the park
